Pen Store is a contemporary art supply store dedicated to pens and artist materials of all kinds. For Pen Store’s big e-expansion, the brief was to evolve the brand’s tool box, but to keep the existing logotype and the yellow color.

Our ambition was to bring the brand closer to a sense of endless creativity and fun. The base is a modular and dynamic grid that adjusts to any given content. A wide variety of colors were added to create distinctive color combinations and to give a more energetic feel. Custom squiggles makes it feel more playful and creates an element of surprise.

For the campaign pictures we have chosen the setting of an office building in late 80s sunny Los Angeles. Every picture is telling its own story of playful creativity, highlighting Pen Store’s wide range of products.
